Double dutch

I been checkin out many double dutch videos where da traditional double dutch rope jumpin is mixed with hip hop music, some breakdance and even krump and acrobatics.
Conclusion: hip hop "male-ificates" everythin.
U can pick da most girly thing on earth, put sum hip hop music to it, a b-boy throwin sum moves and it gon look manly, straight and cool.
I always loved double dutch cuz it looked like u really needed sum mad skills to do it good, but never really got ito in cuz it was just tooooooo girly. Now i'm thinkin bout doing it just cuz not only it needs a person with skills, but also it looks good and sounds good if you do the double dutch to a hip hop song.
The funny thing about hip hop dancing (the one thing why i really love hip hop dancing) is that it's the only kind of dance that dont look girly.
I always loved dancin, but all kinds of dancin look kinda girly and feminin... till i found hip hop.
Hip hop is actually so "manly" that b-girls and sum gurls dat dance streetdance look really "boyish"
Another thing i realized is that hip hop tends to absorb every aspect of urban culture into itself and make it an esential part of itself. It happended with streetdance, krumpin, urban clothin, urban hairstyles, urban talk and many other things, especially if those things have an african-american origin like double dutch has.
Nothing to "think" about this.... just needed to get it outta my head =P
